Bridgefield Solutions provides AI consulting and automation services to businesses, primarily Singapore-based small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Our services include, but are not limited to:

• AI strategy and readiness assessments
• Business process review and automation roadmaps
• AI front desk and customer communication automation
• Business workflow automation
• Agentic workflow design and deployment
• Document and data processing automation
• Operations dashboards and reporting

The scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work or service agreement entered into between Bridgefield Solutions and the client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.

2. Acceptable Use of Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable Singapore law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying infrastructure
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the website
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content from the website without our prior written consent

With respect to deliverables produced under a client engagement: unless otherwise agreed in writing, Bridgefield Solutions retains ownership of all underlying methodologies, frameworks, templates, and know-how. Clients receive a licence to use the specific deliverables produced for them as agreed in the applicable Statement of Work.

4. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other party in the course of an engagement and to use such information solely for the purpose of performing or receiving the services. This obligation does not apply to information that:

• is or becomes publicly known through no breach of these Terms;
• was already known to the receiving party prior to disclosure;
• is independently developed by the receiving party; or
• is required to be disclosed by law or a competent authority.

5. AI-Powered Services

Some of our services involve the use of third-party AI platforms and tools (including but not limited to Anthropic, OpenAI, Perplexity, Groq, and Google Cloud AI). By engaging our AI-powered services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your data and inputs may be processed by these third-party AI providers in accordance with their respective terms of service and privacy policies;
• AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose, and should not be relied upon as professional legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice;
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before acting on it in a business context.

6. Payments and Fees

Fees for our services are set out in the applicable proposal or Statement of Work. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified.
• Late payments may incur interest at the rate prescribed under Singapore law.
• All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and its content are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bridgefield Solutions makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the website or its content, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement by Bridgefield Solutions.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of Singapore, subject to any mandatory arbitration provisions in a separate signed agreement between the parties.
